The French Financial Markets Authority has warned the public about several actors offering investment opportunities in miscellaneous assets in France without the required authorization and has added seven newly identified websites to its blacklist. These offers involve intermediaries proposing rights over assets while highlighting the prospect of a financial return, and they must be registered with the authority before they can be marketed. Since Jan. 1, 2026, the authority has added seven websites to the blacklist of unauthorized miscellaneous asset investment offers: alfa-aesar.fr, altior-capital.io, hlf-gestion-or.com, ipv6.claveliere-holding.com, nogentais.finance, vinvestissement.com and www.isaloge-investissement.com. Four relate to gold or diamonds, two to wine and one to watches. Since the dedicated blacklist was created in 2017, the authority has added 426 website addresses, initially focused on diamond offers and later expanded to other asset-backed schemes including cattle, wine and champagne. The authority noted that the blacklist is updated frequently but is not exhaustive because new unauthorized actors continue to emerge. It also pointed investors to its whitelist of registered miscellaneous asset investment offers for verification.
