The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission has launched a capacity-building series to support implementation of its new sustainability reporting framework aligned with International Sustainability Standards Board standards. The initiative, developed with the Philippine Sustainability Reporting Committee, IFRS Foundation and United Nations Development Programme, will provide practical support to reporting entities, practitioners and auditors. Sessions will continue throughout 2026 and cover the governance, data systems, internal controls and documentation needed to produce consistent, decision-useful sustainability disclosures under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 16, Series of 2025.
