The Brazilian Pension Funds Authority PREVIC published an overview of its Busca-Normas platform, a searchable repository of regulatory acts for the closed pension fund sector, reporting that the tool logged more than 28,000 searches in its first year of operation since its October 2024 launch. The database contains 1,125 instruments, including laws, resolutions, normative instructions, ordinances and circular letters, covering rules in force as well as revoked or amended texts and offering version control plus keyword and category search. In the first year, users viewed 18,875 individual instruments, with PREVIC Resolution 23/2023 the most accessed at 5,476 views, and used the platform’s filters 29,026 times, with searches notably focused on 2025 PREVIC ordinances and circular letters. Since November 2024, the repository has also included acts relating to licensing authorisations and PREVIC’s internal management, and it aggregates relevant norms issued by other bodies including the Ministry of Social Security, the National Monetary Council and the National Complementary Pension Council.
