The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Corporate Relations Superintendence (SEP), lifted the suspension of Auzza Securitizadora S.A.’s registration as a publicly-held company after the issuer submitted all periodic information due up to the current date. The registration had been suspended on 16 August 2024 because the company had failed for more than one year to comply with its obligation to provide information to the regulator under CVM Resolution 80.
