The talks also covered how to present Georgia’s investment environment to investors, prospects for joint projects and the potential to deepen cooperation between the central bank and the London Stock Exchange. The discussion highlighted the National Bank of Georgia’s role in developing financial markets and promoting transparency and international practices as part of strengthening the domestic capital market and attracting foreign investment. Participants also noted that Georgian companies are already represented on the London Stock Exchange, with Bank of Georgia’s inclusion in the FTSE 100 cited as a marker of the private sector’s international market access and recognition. The parties expressed readiness to identify specific areas for future cooperation and to pursue joint initiatives.
