The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted a package of decisions covering rulemaking, supervision and market authorisations, including approving draft amendments to government acts, updating the asset list linked to the asset-blocking sanction on FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, and registering or approving several securities issuances and related disclosure documents. On law-making, the Commission approved a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution to amend the procedure for managing assets subject to a court decision applying a sanction under paragraph 11 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine On Sanctions, approved a draft Ministry of Finance order amending certain Ministry of Finance orders, and amended its own decision dated 15.10.2013 No. 2407. On supervision, it amended the list of assets, including funds belonging to clients and depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, that are subject to the asset-blocking sanction. On registration and licensing, it registered issuance results reports for corporate bonds of CARDSERVICE LLC series D, YAVIR-INVEST LLC series D without a public offer, and FINANCIAL COMPANY FINVIN LLC series A, registered a non-public share issue of INSURANCE GROUP TAS PJSC, registered the issue and approved the prospectus for NovaPay Credit LLC corporate bonds series M, approved Appendix No. 8 to the base prospectus for Activitis Financial Company LLC corporate bonds, registered share issues and the prospectus for JSC ZNVCIF FLERON, approved draft charters and initial share issuances for JSC ZNVCIF OBRIY CAPITAL, JSC ZNVCIF ALFAT and JSC ZNVCIF TANTAL INVEST, and agreed a person’s intention to acquire a significant participation in ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY CITY-INVEST LLC.
