The Central Bank of Oman, in collaboration with the Union of Arab Banks, announced it will organize the third edition of the Muscat International Forum for Risk Management in Banks and Financial Institutions, to be held over two days on 6 and 7 October under the auspices of CBO Governor Ahmed Al Musalmi. The programme includes four panel discussions covering liquidity risk and digitalization dynamics, credit risk management requirements, cyber risk management, and innovation and digitalization, alongside a dedicated roundtable on strengthening risk culture and governance practices in banks. The forum will feature international speakers and risk management experts together with specialist participants from Oman and across the Arab region.
