The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has issued lists of FDIC-supervised institutions scheduled for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) examinations in the second and third quarters of 2026, covering examinations planned for 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 and 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026. CRA examination timing is set based on an institution’s asset size and CRA rating, with institutions of USD 250 million or less in assets and a rating of Satisfactory generally examinable no more frequently than once every 48 months, and those rated Outstanding no more frequently than once every 60 months, absent reasonable cause. The FDIC noted the published schedules reflect the best available information and may change, including where an institution is examined in connection with an application for a deposit facility or where resource demands delay other scheduled examinations; any rescheduling would be reflected in a later list. Public comments are encouraged and will be considered if received before completion of a CRA examination; comments on FDIC-supervised institutions should be directed to the institutions or the appropriate FDIC regional office.
