The Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has published instructions setting out how inquiries must be submitted to the Agency and how the Agency will process received inquiries. The stated objective is to establish a single, transparent and efficient procedure for questions related to the application and interpretation of regulations and other acts within the Agency’s remit. The instructions apply to banks, non-deposit financial institutions (microcredit organisations, leasing and factoring companies), other institutions supervised by the Agency, and their professional associations. The provisions also apply, as appropriate, to other natural and legal persons addressing the Agency, depending on the nature of the inquiry, and the document is available on the Agency’s website under Publications.
