Thailand Office of Insurance Commission, or OIC, held the Prime Minister’s Insurance Awards 2025 ceremony under the theme “INSURENEXT Driving the Future of Insurance with Digital Innovation & Sustainability”, recognising insurers, intermediaries and other industry participants for performance spanning management, customer service, innovation, and transparent and fair conduct. The awards programme also introduced an “Outstanding Quality Non-life Loss Adjuster” category to reflect the role of specialist personnel across the sector. In total, 61 awards were granted across 12 categories. Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited received the Hall of Fame award and Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited received the honorary award for outstanding management; management excellence awards were also granted to Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited as the top life insurer and to Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited as the top non-life insurer. Other awards covered development, promoting insurance policies for the public, insurtech innovation, sustainability, quality awards for 23 agents and six corporate brokers, three loss adjuster firms, contributions to the OIC and the insurance system, and a national youth insurance communications contest.
