The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced that, by a 1 June 2026 Board decision under Article 54.1.1 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems, it revoked the electronic money organisation licence granted to Paysis LLC under licence EPT-007 on 11 July 2024.

Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan revokes Paysis LLC electronic money organisation licence
The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan revoked the electronic money organisation licence of Paysis LLC (licence EPT-007) by Board decision on 1 June 2026 under Article 54.1.1 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems. The licence had been granted on 11 July 2024.
