The Moroccan Insurance Authority (ACAPS) held a training session for insurance intermediaries in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region as part of its third regional training tour aimed at promoting good professional practice. The tour was launched in Rabat in April 2025. The session focused on the entry into force of compulsory All Risks Construction (TRC) and Ten-Year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance, a new instruction on the management of receivables from insurance intermediaries, and a commercial practices questionnaire recently introduced by ACAPS.
