The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has issued the lists of FDIC-supervised institutions scheduled for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) examinations in the second and third quarters of 2025, in line with the requirement for federal bank and thrift regulators to publish quarterly CRA examination schedules at least 30 days before each quarter begins. The schedules cover examinations planned for April 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025, and July 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025. CRA examination frequency is set based on an institution’s asset size and CRA rating, with institutions of USD 250 million or less in assets and a Satisfactory rating generally examinable no more frequently than once every 48 months, and those with an Outstanding rating no more frequently than once every 60 months, absent reasonable cause. The FDIC noted the listings are based on the best information currently available and may change, including where an institution is examined in connection with a deposit facility application or where resource needs delay other examinations. Public comment is encouraged, and comments received before completion of a CRA examination will be considered; if an institution is rescheduled to a different quarter, it will be reflected in a later list.
