The National Bank of Ukraine has revised settlement deadlines for certain export transactions, extending them from 180 to 270 days for some exports of pipes and railway components conducted starting from 15 June 2026. The change follows proposals from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and consultations with the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. The longer deadline applies to goods classified under codes 7304, 7305, 7306 and 8607 of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity. The measure was approved through National Bank of Ukraine Board Resolution No. 63 amending Resolution No. 67 and enters into force on 13 June 2026. The National Bank of Ukraine noted that the general settlement deadline remains 180 calendar days for export and import transactions conducted on or after 5 April 2022, and that sector-specific or transaction-specific deviations require well-founded government recommendations. It also noted that, from the start of 2026, it had already extended settlement deadlines for exports of agricultural and specialized machinery for transactions conducted starting from 1 March 2026.
