The Central Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency’s participation in preventing INVESTTORGBANK’s bankruptcy, under which the Agency will take the rehabilitation measures independently and TRANSKAPITALBANK will cease participating in the bank’s financial rehabilitation as an investor once its management adopts the relevant decisions, while INVESTTORGBANK will continue to fulfil all obligations to clients.
