The Bank of Cape Verde published the annual results of applying the methodology set out in Notice No. 2/2023 to classify domestic institutions as Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) whose distress or insolvency could create systemic risk, and noted that banks designated as D-SIBs must maintain a conservation buffer calibrated to their classification under the approved calculation formula.

The Bank of Cape Verde released the annual results for classifying Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) using the methodology from Notice No. 2/2023. Banks identified as D-SIBs are required to maintain a conservation buffer based on their classification.
