The Vietnam State Securities Commission has invited bids for a procurement package covering the purchase, replacement, addition and installation of equipment, software and related services for a project to replace parts of its information technology security infrastructure. The package is intended to replace security products and solutions that are no longer usable because of low performance, outdated configurations or the end of vendor support, with the aim of maintaining stable operations and reducing information security risks across the Commission’s IT systems. The contract term is 180 days and is funded from the state budget under the Commission’s digital transformation operating cost estimate. The procurement will be conducted as an open domestic e-bidding process using a one stage, one envelope method. Electronic bidding documents are available through the National E-Procurement System website from 11 May 2026 until 14:30 on 29 May 2026, with bid security set at VND 940,000,000. Bids close and will be opened at 14:30 on 29 May 2026 through the same e-procurement website.
