The National Bank of Bulgaria granted a credit servicer license to “Agency for Collection of Receivables” EAD after finding that it had submitted all required documents and met the conditions under the Law on Credit Servicers and Credit Purchasers and Ordinance No. 49, authorizing it to collect and recover payments due under credit agreements, renegotiate loan terms with borrowers under a credit purchaser’s instructions in the cases permitted by law, handle borrower complaints, and notify borrowers of changes in interest rates, fees and payments due.
