The Brazil Securities Commission’s Market and Intermediaries Relations Superintendence issued a market alert and ordered the immediate suspension of public offers of securities intermediation services linked to Trading Point Group, after identifying indications that the group was seeking to attract clients resident in Brazil via the XM platform and www.xm.com. The alert names XM International MU Limited, XM (SC) Limited, XM Global Limited and Trading Point of Financial Instruments Limited as part of the group and states that they are not authorised by the CVM to intermediate securities, act as investment advisers, or raise funds from investors for investment in securities. The suspension determination was made through CVM Declaratory Act 24.769.
