The approvals relate to Kremer E.A. as Chief Accountant (protocol No. 263/SO/T dated 12 September 2025), Shakenov R.K. as a member of the executive body (protocol No. 264/SO dated 17 September 2025), and Kyrykbay S.S. as Head of the executive body (protocol No. 265/SO/T dated 17 September 2025). The agency also noted that, where qualification requirements under Kazakhstan’s Law On Insurance Activity are met, a manager who has already received consent for a senior role can be transferred within the same sector to a similar position without obtaining additional consent. The current consents can be reviewed in the insurance sector section of the agency’s registers of permits and notifications, under the list of valid consents for the appointment or election of senior executives.
