The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), together with the Global Finance & Technology Network and Constellar, published the programme for the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025, to be held from 12 to 14 November 2025 as the event marks its 10th anniversary. The festival’s theme, Technology Blueprint for the Next Decade of Finance, centres on how Artificial Intelligence, tokenisation and quantum technologies could reshape global finance, including opportunities linked to emerging markets and the Global South. The agenda comprises more than 800 speakers across over 400 sessions, with focus areas including responsible AI and shared standards, tokenisation through programmable ledgers and coordinated frameworks, and settlement assets such as central bank digital currencies, stablecoins and tokenised deposits, alongside quantum-resilient financial systems and digital approaches to financial inclusion for 1.4 billion unbanked people. The exhibition is set to include over 500 sponsors and exhibitors and more than 40 international pavilions across six halls. New festival initiatives include a 10th Anniversary Gallery, a time capsule to be unveiled in 2035, a new Next Gen Leaders Programme, livestreaming from three stages, and the first SME Sustainability Barometer 2025 report from Gprnt, MAS’s sustainability disclosure platform within GFTN, based on a survey of 560 SMEs conducted with PwC and other partners. A pre-conference Insights Forum and an Innovation Lab Crawl will run from 10 to 11 November, including public-private roundtables across eight themes, a second Layer 1 Summit on digital assets, tokenisation and AI infrastructure, and showcases of pilot projects across 11 participating organisations.
