The transfer, received on 11 July 2025, resulted in Heidelberg Materials AMWA Holding GmbH i.G directly crossing upwards the 5%, 10%, 20% and 33.33% participation thresholds, bringing its holding to 5,918,737 shares representing 41% of Ciments du Maroc’s capital. The holder indicated it does not intend to acquire Ciments du Maroc shares within the six months following the threshold crossings.

The Moroccan Capital Markets Authority announced that Heidelberg Materials AMWA Holding GmbH i.G received 5,918,737 Ciments du Maroc shares from Heidelberg Materials Italia Cementi Spa, crossing the 5%, 10%, 20%, and 33.33% thresholds to hold 41% of the company's capital. The holder stated no intention to acquire additional shares within the next six months.
