Portugal's Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ASF) held the sixth meeting of the ASF Market Conduct Forum, a consultative body established by ASF’s Board in July 2022. The Forum is intended to support the strengthening and refinement of regulation and supervision of supervised entities’ market conduct by feeding members’ input into ASF’s decision-making, including through information exchange, identification of priority intervention areas, and the sharing of different perspectives, with a view to enhancing consumer protection and confidence in the sectors under ASF supervision.
