France's Financial Markets Authority (AMF) issued a public warning and published an updated list of newly identified websites that are offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services illegally in France. The newly flagged sites are capstellar.com, exchangesage.com, gateusd.com, immediatapex.com, immediateconnectavis.fr, top-business-deals.com, vatradecoin.net, web.vatradecoin.net and www.ubitex.com. The AMF noted that its blacklist is updated frequently but is not exhaustive, and pointed investors to the AMF and Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service (ABEIS) websites for the broader list of unauthorised sites, as well as to the AMF’s whitelist of registered digital asset service providers (PSAN) and authorised crypto-asset service providers (PSCA) to verify whether a firm is permitted to operate in France.
