The activities were licensed under a CMA resolution dated 29/06/1446H (30/12/2024G) pursuant to the Capital Market Law (Royal Decree No. M/30) and its Implementing Regulations.

The Saudi Arabia Capital Markets Authority announced that BIM Capital has fulfilled the requirements to begin Managing Investment and Operating Fund Activities in the securities business. These activities were licensed under a CMA resolution dated 30 December 2024, in accordance with the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations.
