The Brazil Securities Commission has extended applications for Programa TOP 2026 until July 13 for the 28th edition of its teacher training program. The free course will run fully online from July 20 to 28 and is open to secondary and higher education teachers involved in capital markets and financial education subjects. Eligible applicants are teachers affiliated with secondary, technical or higher education institutions who currently teach, or have taught within the past two years, related subjects. There is no limit on places. The program is split into a capital markets module from July 20 to 24 and a personal financial planning module from July 27 to 28. Participants who attend the full course will receive a certificate from the Brazil Securities Commission and B3, although the certificate only confirms participation and does not constitute professional certification or authorization to perform an activity regulated by the commission. After completing the course, participating teachers must deliver a class, lecture or webinar to students at their institution or to the wider community during at least one financial education event between October 2026 and May 2027, including Global Money Week, Semana ENEF or World Investor Week.
