The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved four senior management appointments in the insurance sector, covering executive body and management body roles. K.S. Baizhanova (Protocol No. 233/SO dated 13 February 2025) and L.O. Stogneeva (Protocol No. 235/SO/T dated 26 February 2025) were approved as members of the executive body, while A.B. Mukhamedzhanov (Protocol No. 234/SO dated 21 February 2025) was approved as a member of the management body as an independent director and M.A. Sikhaev (Protocol No. 236/SO/T dated 27 February 2025) as a member of the management body. The Agency also noted that, subject to meeting qualification requirements under Kazakhstan’s Law on Insurance Activity, a senior executive who already has regulatory consent to hold a senior position may be transferred within the same sector to a similar role without additional consent, and pointed readers to the insurance sector section of the permits and notifications registers for the list of valid consents.

Kazakhstan's Financial Market Agency approved four senior management appointments in insurance: K.S. Baizhanova and L.O. Stogneeva to the executive body, and A.B. Mukhamedzhanov and M.A. Sikhaev to the management body. The Agency stated that senior executives with existing regulatory consent may transfer within the sector without additional approval, subject to qualification requirements.
