The meeting also highlighted experience-sharing on sustainable policy development and potential cooperation between the two central banks in support of an inclusive and resilient financial system, alongside efforts to promote Montenegro as a destination for Danish investors. Denmark’s presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2025 was noted as a further opportunity to strengthen Montenegro’s positioning in the European context.
