The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has notified authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs) and registered financial corporations (RFCs) that they must use APRA Connect for ADI reporting collections that have migrated to the platform. The Alternate Submission Process will cease to be available for each collection from its specified mandatory reporting period. APRA Connect will become mandatory for the Liquidity 210.5 monthly return from the reporting period ending July 31, 2026, Economic and Financial Statistics from Aug. 31, 2026, and all other migrated ADI reporting collections from Sept. 30, 2026. Entities should update their internal processes and ensure relevant staff and service providers are ready to submit through the platform by the applicable date.
