Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission has decided, following notification from Liechtenstein’s competent authority and a review of the portfolio documentation, to send a letter granting consent to the merger of Allianz Risk Transfer AG into Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, including insurance contracts where Bulgaria is the Member State in which the risk is located.

The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission has granted consent to the merger of Allianz Risk Transfer AG into Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE. The decision follows notification from Liechtenstein’s competent authority and a review of portfolio documentation, and covers insurance contracts where Bulgaria is the Member State in which the risk is located.
