The Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) announced a set of governance and committee leadership appointments that will take effect across 2026, including a planned transition in board chair, the addition of two new directors, and refreshed leadership for several network bodies. Caroline Dabu will become FPSB Board chairperson for a two-year term from 1 April 2026, succeeding Andrea Middel, and board member Eunice Chan will serve as board chairperson-elect for a two-year term in 2026. Two new board members, Amyr Rocha Lima and Amy Richardson, were appointed to three-year terms starting 1 April 2026. Separate elections covered network leadership roles beginning in 2026, including Kirsty Scully as FPSB Council chairperson from 1 January 2026 and Tashia Batstone as Chief Executives Committee chairperson from 1 January 2026, with Nick Hakes joining the committee as an at-large representative from the same date. Arun Thukral and Jasmine Jiali Fang will join the Professional Standards Committee from 1 April 2026, and Julie Seberras will join from 1 July 2026.
