The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency approved Pivac Holding d.o.o. to publish a takeover bid for Kraš d.d. after Pivac Holding acquired 826,426 shares, equal to 55.15% of voting shares, triggering the mandatory bid requirement. The offer price is EUR 130 per ordinary share. In the same board meeting, the agency also authorised Bitblock d.o.o. and IN KAPITAL d.o.o. to operate as crypto-asset service providers under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation and the related national implementing legislation. With those decisions, five companies in Croatia have now obtained crypto licences and aligned their crypto-related operations within the transitional period ending on 1 July 2026. Once confirmation of entry in the court register is submitted, the newly authorised firms will be added to the agency’s register of entities authorised to provide crypto-asset services under MiCA and will come under Hanfa supervision for all activities related to those services.
