The Angola Capital Markets Commission took part in the “Road to NCXP – Data Security in the Financial Sector” event in Luanda, organised by New Cognito in partnership with IBM, centred on cybersecurity and data governance solutions for the financial sector. The Commission was represented by Executive Administrator Edna Mascarenhas and Eggleston Vasconcelos, Director of the Office for Information Technologies and Systems. The executive, closed-door meeting on 16 October 2025 brought together leaders from across the financial sector and presented next-generation tools intended to strengthen the digital resilience of Angola’s financial institutions.
