The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the AIFLNP GLOBAL M&A OPPORTUNITIES FUND AIFLNP V.C.I.C. LIMITED has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following a decision by its sole shareholder under article 132(1)(e) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The dissolution relates to the AIF LNP authorised under licence number LPAIF29/2014 (LEI 213800D6K4YVHVSA1A86) and was communicated to CySEC by its external manager, GMM Global Money Managers Ltd, pursuant to article 63(8) of the Law. CySEC noted that the fund is entering voluntary liquidation.
