The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), in collaboration with Australia, organised a workshop to raise public awareness on implementing the Prakas on the Offering of Infrastructure Debt Securities and the guideline on eligible assets used for offering Infrastructure Debt Securities, chaired by SERC Director General Sou Socheat and Australian Ambassador to Cambodia Derek Yip and attended by SERC departments, relevant ministries and authorities, the Cambodia Securities Exchange, CAPRED, underwriting firms, audit and law firms, credit rating agencies, listed companies and potential issuers, with expert speakers from GuarantCo and CGIF.
