Under General Resolution No. 1098, the Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) has temporarily deferred until 2 February 2026 inclusive the collection of the 2026 supervision and control fee for all entities required to pay it, except Mutual Fund Administration and Custody Agents, and the deferral does not apply to entities that are in arrears on prior years’ supervision and control fees.

The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) has issued General Resolution No. 1098, deferring the collection of the 2026 supervision and control fee until 2 February 2026. This deferral excludes Mutual Fund Administration and Custody Agents and entities with outstanding fees from previous years.
