Vietnam State Securities Commission requires VND 1,000,000 fee payment for re-issued securities practice certificate and warns of cancellation after one year

The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice on payment of the fee required to complete the procedure for re-issuing a securities practice certificate, addressed to Mr Nguyen Tien Phat. The re-issuance fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts or paid directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If, within one year from the Commission’s notification to pay the re-issuance fee, the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the re-issued securities practice certificate.
