The affected domains are assicurazioni.agenzsigassicura.eu, rca.consulenzeciesse.it, fastmotori.com (including www.fastmotori.com), dondionlinepreventivi.com (including www.dondionlinepreventivi.com), and preve-santambrogio.com (including www.preve-santambrogio.com). Blocking activities are underway and may take several days for technical reasons. IVASS has published the related orders in its “Defend ourselves from scams” section and noted that the total number of sites subject to cease-and-block orders has reached 284 since it began exercising this power in November 2023. IVASS also urged consumers to use caution with insurance offers via the internet, phone or instant messaging, particularly for temporary motor third-party liability policies, and to verify that quotes and contracts relate to duly authorised insurers and intermediaries by checking IVASS’s online registers and lists, including the Single Register of Insurance Intermediaries (RUI).
