The Securities Commission of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has signed a cooperation agreement with the Federal Police Administration to establish a formal framework for exchanging data and information and enabling access to relevant databases for the operational needs of the Property Confiscation Office, including financial investigations and verification activities. The agreement is intended to regulate cooperation modalities and mutual handling between the parties to support efficient information exchange and database access for operational work where the Asset Recovery Office participates. Under the arrangement, the Commission will provide the Federal Police Administration with access to its official records for conducting financial investigations and for verifying allegations contained in reports of suspected criminal offences. The agreement was signed in Neum by Acting Director Vahidin Munjic for the Federal Police Administration and President Adnan Zukic for the Securities Commission.
