The Seychelles Financial Services Authority has issued a public statement disclosing that it rejected Greenline Enterprise Limited, trading as Greenline, for approval under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024. The rejection took effect on Aug. 14, 2025, after which the company was instructed to cease operations immediately or migrate its services out of Seychelles. Any virtual asset related services offered or conducted by Greenline after Aug. 14, 2025, breach the act. The authority warned that consumer protection measures may not be available to users of those services and that participation is at the user’s own risk.
