The entity, identified as RUS3077, remains designated on the UK sanctions list and subject to sanctions implemented in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Businesses must check for relationships with JSC Solid Bank and other designated parties, immediately freeze relevant funds and economic resources, and refrain from making assets available to them unless permitted by a derogation or licence. Any findings must be reported immediately to the States of Guernsey Policy and Resources Committee. Affected firms must also report to the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable after fulfilling their statutory reporting duties, identifying the relevant customer, beneficial owner, key principal, transaction or asset and describing the relationship and value involved.
