The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Gainfield Enterprises Ltd waived its authorisation to provide administrative services with effect from 30 December 2024, resulting in the lapse of its CySEC authorisation and the company ceasing to provide those services. The authorisation (number 129/196) was waived under section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force, and CySEC permanently deleted the company from the licensed persons’ register in accordance with section 16(2) of the Law.
