The Bulgarian National Bank has granted Transactionz OOD a licence to operate as an electronic money institution under the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act. The approval means the company is authorised to carry out electronic money institution activities after the central bank determined that the licensing conditions were met. The bank found that the applicant had provided all required information and documents and had satisfied the conditions for a licence under the Act, as well as the relevant requirements in Bulgarian National Bank Ordinance No. 16 of 29 March 2018. Transactionz OOD also notified the central bank that it intends to provide, as an additional activity, a payment service under Article 4, point 3, letter c of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act.

Bulgarian National Bank grants Transactionz OOD an electronic money institution licence
The Bulgarian National Bank has licensed Transactionz OOD as an electronic money institution under the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act and Ordinance No. 16 of 29 March 2018, having determined that all licensing conditions were met. Transactionz OOD has also notified the central bank of its intention to provide, as an additional activity, a payment service under Article 4, point 3, letter c of the Act.
