The Vietnam State Securities Commission has published the lists of candidates who are eligible and ineligible to sit the round II 2026 securities practice certificate examination in Hanoi. The notice also sets out the main administrative arrangements for the exam, including a provisional test window of July 23 to July 24, 2026, the venue at the University of Labour and Social Affairs in Hanoi, and the use of computer-based multiple-choice testing. Eligible candidates must review their personal information, including name, date of birth, nationality, certificate type and registered exam subject, and request any corrections by July 16, 2026. The exam fee is VND 1,000,000 per candidate per certificate type and must be paid by bank transfer between July 14 and July 16, 2026. Separate annexes list candidates who do not meet the conditions to sit the exam. Candidate numbers, room assignments, the detailed exam timetable and the venue layout will be published on the commission's website and the website of the Securities Research and Training Center before the exam date and will also be posted at the test site.
