The Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Global Finance & Technology Network have set the agenda for the Singapore FinTech Festival 2026, which will run from Nov. 18 to 20. The event will examine how technology, geoeconomic shifts, capital allocation, workforce changes and policy frameworks are reshaping the global financial system. Discussions will address financial institutions’ adoption of artificial intelligence alongside scam, cyber and quantum risks, the adaptation of financial networks to changing trade and capital flows, and the sustainability of AI-related investment. The program will also cover workforce capabilities and the evolution of governance and risk frameworks, supported by sessions connecting founders, investors, policymakers and financial institutions. The festival will be preceded on Nov. 16 and 17 by the invite-only Insights2040 Annual Meeting, formerly the Insights Forum, where public- and private-sector leaders will work on technology-related issues facing financial services.
