The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved four senior appointments in the securities market, covering board-level independent director roles and executive body positions. The approvals were for Kuat Bakiruly Kozhakhmetov as chairman of the board of directors and independent director, Zharkinbek Kydyrbaevich Azbekov as a member of the board of directors and independent director, Olzhas Kairbekovich Kurmanov as head of the executive body and a member of the board of directors, and Alma Idiyanovna as a member of the executive body. The decisions were recorded in protocols No. 318/RCB, 320/RCB, 319/RCB and 321/RCB dated July 2, 2026.
