The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) announced and presented the Governor’s decision appointing Ms Truong Thu Hoa as Director of the SBV Region 4 Branch, formalising her role after serving as Acting Director, with effect from 1 January 2026. The decision was announced by the SBV’s Department of Organization and Personnel and handed over by Standing Deputy Governor Doan Thai Son at a conference attended by Phu Tho provincial leaders, SBV units and local credit institutions. SBV leadership tasked the new director with leading the branch’s delivery of assigned monetary and banking management duties in Region 4, while Ms Hoa committed to implement key tasks and solutions to meet the branch’s mandate.
