The UNDP Sustainable Insurance Forum (SIF) convened its second in-person meeting of 2025 in Tirana, Albania, using the session to review its proposed 2026–2027 strategy and align priorities for the Forum’s next phase of work. The meeting was opened by SIF’s new Chair, Fundi Tshazibana, Deputy Governor of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), and was held alongside the IAIS annual meeting. Supervisors and partners from across the global insurance community also discussed how SIF’s 10-year anniversary in 2026 will shape its ambitions and its next chapter of supervisory leadership on sustainability.
