The Angola Capital Markets Commission held a financial literacy session under its Financial Education Programme for the United Methodist Church community, aimed at strengthening members’ skills in managing personal and household budgets. Delivered by the Commission’s Studies and Financial Education Division and led by staff member Mário Kadi, the session covered personal and family budgeting, debt prevention and responsible use of credit, savings planning, an introduction to ethical investing, and conscious consumption. It also included an interactive Q&A segment to address participants’ questions and encourage discussion.
