The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Superintendent of Corporate Relations, issued a circular letter informing registered public companies, foreign issuers and incentivised issuers of an update to the Manual for Submission of Periodic and Eventual Information via the Empresas.Net system. The changes update the system’s document association settings (category, type and class) to enable document submissions by these issuer groups and by issuers applying for initial registration, and set out revised maximum file sizes for documents submitted through Empresas.Net. The system is used to generate and transmit the Registration Form, Reference Form, ITR and DFP to CVM and, for B3-listed companies, to B3.
